Similarly, the group has developed a number of special purpose vehicles to meet the funding requirements of major corporates keen to retain control over plant assets funded under off-balance sheet structures.
Our executives are able to employ an extensive array of funding techniques and products to underwrite and syndicate the financing of major capital projects.
Similarly, through our extensive industry experience, we are able to analyse and model existing funding structures to determine whether it is appropriate to consider the benefits of restructuring or terminating them.
As a Lessee service, we may be retained to analyse major Lease tenders, act as a Lessee Advocate or Expert Witness in the case of dispute.
